Terms

    Terms of use

General conditions for personal accounts, organization access, and use of the Soteria platform.

    Last updated: July 19, 2026

    Personal accounts

A person may create a free personal Soteria account. Registration creates credentials only; it does not create an organization, assign a role, grant access to service data, or create a package entitlement.

    Organization access

Organization access is granted through an authorized invitation and remains limited to the accepted organization, memberships, roles, permissions, and configured feature policies. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure.

    Acceptable use

Do not use Soteria to break the law, harm another person, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, distribute malicious content, or process information that your organization is not authorized to manage.

    Content and administration

Users and organizations are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they enter, the people they invite, and the permissions they configure. Soteria provides scoped tools but does not replace an organization's own safeguarding and governance responsibilities.

    Service development

Soteria may improve, replace, or retire product behavior as the platform develops. Important changes should preserve documented data and access safeguards, but uninterrupted availability is not promised by this public page.

    Packages and commercial agreements

Public packages are informational and non-binding. Prices, billing, organization provisioning, support commitments, and service levels apply only when separately agreed. A signed commercial agreement takes precedence over this general page where the two differ.

    Questions

Contact Soteria with questions about these terms or the appropriate commercial agreement for your organization.
