Organization Subscription & Billing Terms

Current commercial status
Individual Account/Person creation is free. Soteria offers Organization subscriptions under monthly or annual periods. Payment collection, online checkout and automatic charging are not yet enabled. Existing/test Organizations may receive 100% promotions or free package access; this remains valid subscription access without a payment requirement. Acceptance of these Terms does not create an order or authorize a charge.
Orders and disclosures
Before any paid order, Soteria must present the selected package, currency, price, taxes where applicable, billing period, renewal behavior, start date and cancellation method for explicit confirmation. Public estimates are not a confirmed invoice or a promise of future price. Accepting this document alone does not authorize a debit.
Authority and package limits
Only an authorized Account may bind an Organization, explicitly confirming authority and the applicable Terms and DPA. Package allowances, trials and lifecycle restrictions follow the Organization’s recorded subscription. Limits do not grant permissions and expiry does not silently delete existing data. Individual Accounts are distinct from Organization subscriptions.
Prepaid periods and renewal
Paid subscriptions are prepaid for the selected monthly or annual calendar-anniversary period. When the anniversary day does not exist in a later month/year, it clamps to that period’s final calendar day without changing the stored UTC time of day. The recorded package version and captured price remain for the current paid period; a later published version/price applies at renewal after advance notice unless an explicit grandfathered adjustment preserves older terms. Automatic recurring charging is not active. Until enabled, renewal may require an explicit checkout/payment action. If recurring charging is later enabled, the customer must see the recurring amount, currency, frequency, first charge/renewal date and cancellation behavior before separately authorizing it. Accepting these Terms is not that payment authorization.
Changes, cancellation and access
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; cancelling does not immediately remove paid access and has no arbitrary early-termination penalty. Approved upgrades apply immediately; approved downgrades have a consequence preview and seven-day wait and do not delete data. An unpaid renewal or ended trial has a seven-day grace period, after which ordinary operations become read-only while authorized exports, package management and essential privacy/security actions remain available. Before provider billing exists, Organization administrators submit audited change/cancellation requests for Super Admin review. Send questions to [email protected]. Privacy requests
Request access, correction, deletion where applicable, consent withdrawal, or raise a privacy concern. Include the relevant Organization and a safe reference; never send passwords or recovery codes. We may verify identity and coordinate with the responsible Organization.
