Information Soteria handles
Soteria handles account information, organization and group records, configured profile information, memberships, roles, events, attendance, tasks, notifications, and other service activity entered into the platform.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, enforce scoped access, provide configured ministry workflows, deliver requested communication, maintain the notification inbox, and support the people and organizations using Soteria.
Organization responsibility
Organizations decide which service information they enter, whom they invite, and which roles and permissions they grant. Soteria uses those memberships, scopes, and permissions to limit access; preferences never grant access by themselves.
Contact and demo inquiries
A public contact or demo request is sent to the Soteria support inbox and is not stored as a lead in the Soteria database. Email infrastructure may retain the message according to the mailbox and delivery provider's operating policies.
Cookies and local device data
Soteria uses essential session and locale cookies, plus limited device storage for product behavior such as installed-app and notification preferences. Soteria does not currently use advertising cookies or public-site analytics tracking.
Optional AI-assisted import
When an authorized user chooses AI-assisted bulk import, uploaded content is sent through Soteria's protected AI service for draft analysis. The AI service does not write to the Soteria database; a user must review the draft and the main Soteria backend performs validation and final persistence.
Retention and protection
Operational records are retained to provide the service and preserve required history. Read notifications are eligible for cleanup after 90 days, while unread notifications remain until read. Soteria uses authenticated access, scoped permissions, and server-side authorization to protect private product data.
