About Soteria

Technology that supports the care behind church service.

Soteria is a church service and ministry management platform for the leaders, servants, and communities who carry that work together.

Service work deserves more than scattered tools

Spreadsheets, chats, paper lists, and personal notes make it harder to see the full picture. Soteria brings the operational work together while keeping people at the center.

When attendance lives in one file, responsibilities in another chat, and follow-up in personal notes, context disappears between servants. Leaders spend time reconstructing information instead of using it to coordinate the service and care for people consistently.

A clearer shared rhythm for ministry

Leaders can shape structure and responsibilities, while servants can coordinate the day-to-day work of events, attendance, tasks, follow-up, and growth.

Soteria gives that work one dependable foundation: communities remain clearly scoped, responsibilities stay visible, and timely notifications help the right people act without replacing the relationships and judgment behind ministry.

    Ministry-first product direction

Structure should support service—not reshape it.

Soteria is designed around how churches organize responsibility, information, and follow-up. It stays configurable where ministries differ and strict where access, history, and exact community scope must remain dependable.

Reflect the service you already have

Organizations, groups, fields, roles, and configurable tabs let a church model its real communities instead of adopting a generic company structure or a single fixed ministry hierarchy.

    Keep responsibility understandable

Events, attendance, tasks, announcements, challenges, points, and notifications share the same people and community context, helping servants coordinate without rebuilding that context in every tool.

    Use records to strengthen continuity

Relationships, check-ins, activity, and follow-up information help authorized servants understand what has happened and what needs attention while keeping human care at the center.

    Meet the founder

Built from service experience, shaped for wider ministry.

Daniel designed and built Soteria around a simple conviction: technology should reduce repeated administrative work so servants can give more attention to people and ministry.

From one Sunday School class to a configurable platform

The idea began while preparing for a new Sunday School year. Attendance spreadsheets, scoring systems, and other recurring tools had to be set up again. Daniel saw an opportunity to automate that work, preserve servants' time and energy, and build a digital foundation for capabilities that disconnected files could not support.

What started with one class expanded in scope: first other classes in the same grade, then Sunday School across grades and churches, and finally scouts, youth families, wider ministries, and church programs, activities, events, and reservations. That progression is why Soteria is configurable rather than tied to one service structure.

    Learning through teaching and building

Daniel began working as a teaching assistant in the IGCSE educational system during his first year at university, later taught courses privately, and pursued internships across technical and business settings. Professional web-development experience at Kinetics and startup work at Tekunda strengthened the practical foundation behind Soteria. He continues to learn through technical courses, hands-on work, and personal projects.

    A purpose beyond software

First and foremost, Soteria is intended to serve God and His children. Daniel hopes it can lighten the operational load carried by servants, preserve their energy for the people entrusted to them, and help every service focus more fully on its mission—all for the glory of God.
